In 2015, at the age of 17, Carlos started working with his father in the family business. Driven by his desire to contribute and help his family, an innovative idea came up that was going to take him in a completely different direction than the one he was on: managing his parents' vacation property in Juan Dolió to generate additional income.
Inspired by his engineering studies at university, Carlos always knew that the key was keeping properties in top condition. From the beginning, he established rigorous pre-arrival inspections and focused on impeccable cleanliness. Along the way, he faced challenges working with contractors and owners who didn't share his vision of hospitality and what it really means to have a great vacation.

The arrival time of the guests is at 3pm and the departure time is at 12pm.
With Bellamar, you are working with a TEAM of professionals, who have designed the best company in the area just to serve you. If you need us, we're there to help ensure your vacation is the best it can be.
A sole proprietor may live in another area or state and may have other obligations or jobs that prevent them from responding as quickly and efficiently as you need.
All our properties are fully equipped for a 5-star stay. You will have access to a full kitchen, bed linens and bath and pool towels. In addition to this, you will have an initial kit of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage covers, soap, shampoo, etc.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your entry or check in. Conditions apply for “SnowBird” reservations.
At the moment Bellamar does not accept pets. If you have a service certified pet, please contact us for an exception.
Children under 6 years of age do not count as a guest in your reservation. It only applies to a child under 6 years of age. If there are more minors in the reservation, they will apply to the total number of guests.
We take this opportunity to clarify that passing guests must be counted as guests of the total reservation.
We have an "Early Check In" service which for only $40 Us you can enter the property from 11am. This service must be confirmed by our reservations team.
We do not accept events at our properties.
